Valentina Suazo was born on June 4, 1993. Valentina showed to be an outstanding student when studying Digital Animation at Universidad Mayor university, which led her to selected for the prestigious course ‘Classical to Digital Animation: VFS Intensive Workshop’, delivered by professors of Vancouver Film School. As a student, she made ‘Red-Light District’ (Barrio rojo), a short film selected in several festivals such as Festival de Cine de La Habana, and Chilemonos back in 2015. Last year, she worked freelance in different projects. One of them is ‘Anima Studio’ in Mexico, in which she served as a storyboard artist, producer, and art director in the children project ‘Lagoon and the River’ (Laguna y el Río) presented in Kidzapalooza. Valentina is currently working as a teacher at Universidad Mayor university in the artistic area, but also on the ongoing series ‘Black Sunday: Nexus’, and the choral short film ‘The Grey Wings ones’ (Los alas grises) as an art director and online producer.
